MCP! Presents “Peter and the Wolf: March 7, 8, and 23

Writer's picture: Jennifer KennedyJennifer Kennedy

Monterey County Pops is bringing their Wind and Percussion group LIVE and FREE to elementary schools with "Peter and the Wolf"

"Peter and the Wolf" is a classic fairy-tale written by Prokofief for his children and set to his own unforgettable music. Hear Peter and his friends the Bird, the Cat, the Duck, and grumpy Old Grandfather as they outwit the villainous Wolf.

The members of the Monterey County Pops! Wind Ensemble are all professional musicians who will demonstrate their respective instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, French horn, and timpani/percussion).

MCP! is ready to schedule your elementary school for an amazing performance of “Peter and the Wolf ."
